1. Adults Only (18+)
The Site sells adult products and contains adult content. By accessing it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that adult material is legal in your location. You agree to keep the Site and any products purchased away from minors.
2. Your Account
If you create an account, please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close any account for suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making us an offer to buy. A sale is final only once we confirm and ship your order. Until then, we may decline, cancel, or limit any order — for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping unless stated. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Payment is taken at checkout through our third-party payment providers. By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery
We ship internationally from Hong Kong and other locations. Delivery times are estimates only.
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country, and for making sure the products can lawfully be imported to your address. We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or refused deliveries. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay customs charges, we cannot refund the order.
Risk of loss passes to you once the products are handed to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are intimate, personal, and often made to order, returns and refunds are limited. Please read our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Product Information
We do our best to describe products accurately, but specifications, colors, dimensions, and images are for reference only. Small variations between the product and the images may occur due to manufacturing, lighting, or your screen. These are not defects.
Customization options (skin tone, body type, hair, etc.) cannot be changed once production has started.
8. Safe Use of Products
Our products are for private, adult use only. Please follow the care, cleaning, and storage instructions provided. They are not medical devices. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or failure to follow instructions. Don't resell or use our products commercially without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use of the Site
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload viruses or harmful code;
- attempt to access, scrape, or interfere with the Site's security or systems;
- submit false information or impersonate anyone;
- harass other users or our team.
We may suspend access or cancel orders for any violation.
10. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you are responsible for what you post. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive, infringing, or sexual content involving real, identifiable people without their consent and proof of age. Never post content involving anyone under 18.
By posting, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and adapt your content for any lawful business purpose, including marketing. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — belongs to OCEVIA or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and use it only for your personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, reproduce, or use our content elsewhere without permission.

12. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance
The Site contains adult material intended for people aged 18 or older. All persons depicted on the Site were at least 18 at the time of depiction. Any apparent sexual conduct is simulated. We are not the primary producer of visual content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75; records, where required, are kept by the respective primary producers.
13. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.
14. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where required by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, OCEVIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; in that case, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover any losses, claims, or costs we incur (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith by contacting us at service@ocevia.com. If not resolved within 60 days, it will be finally settled by arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules, by a single arbitrator, in English, seated in Hong Kong.
You and OCEVIA agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as part of any class or collective action. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows when. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Other Terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy) make up the entire agreement between us. The English version of these Terms controls if there's any conflict with a translation.
