Order Cancellation

Once we receive your order, it is promptly submitted to our factory for production. Due to the customized nature of our products, orders cannot be refunded once manufacturing has begun.

• Within 12 hours of payment confirmation: Orders may be canceled and refunded in full, provided that production has not yet started.

• After 12 hours: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the manufacturing process has begun. Most custom orders are sent to the factory and enter production within 12 hours after payment confirmation.

Customers are strongly advised to review all order details carefully before completing payment.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

Due to hygiene, safety, and privacy considerations, returns or exchanges are not  accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases involving verified quality defects, shipping damage, or logistics-related issues.

Upon delivery, the product should be inspected immediately for any visible defects, functional issues, or damage caused during transportation.

If an issue is identified, a claim must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos documenting the problem. Claims submitted after this time frame may not be accepted.

Accepted Cases for Refund or Exchange

Refunds or replacements may be approved under the following circumstances, subject to verification:

• Incorrect Product Received: If the delivered product does not match the order details, photographic evidence of the full product, packaging, and shipping label may be required. After confirmation, a replacement or appropriate resolution will be arranged.

• Damage During Shipping: If a product is damaged during transit, resolution options may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the extent of the damage and upon verification.

If the outer packaging is found to be severely damaged upon delivery, customers  must take clear photos or videos of the unopened package, including the full outer packaging and shipping label, before opening. This documentation is required to assist with any after-sales claims or damage assessments.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following circumstances are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Products that have been opened, used, altered, repaired, or tampered with after delivery

• Claims based on personal preference, appearance expectations, or change of mind

• Damage resulting from improper use, storage, cleaning, maintenance, or failure  to follow provided care instructions

• Custom-made or personalized products, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery

Definition of User-Caused Damage

User-caused damage refers to physical damage or functional impairment not present at delivery and resulting from external factors or handling after receipt. This includes, but is not limited to, tearing, cracking, deformation, discoloration, punctures, overheating, liquid intrusion, misuse, excessive force, improper cleaning agents, or storage conditions inconsistent with care guidelines.

Such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 5 business days of approval.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the account depends on the processing timelines of the payment provider or financial institution and is outside standard processing control.
